TripCraft Terms of Use
1. Service description
TripCraft is an offline-first AI travel itinerary planner that generates day-by-day plans from your destination, dates, interests, and budget, and lets you download offline maps and an AI Q&A cache to use on the go.
2. AI-generated content & disclaimer
Itineraries are AI-generated and provided for reference only. POI opening hours, prices, closures, routes, and transit information may change at any time. Please double-check key bookings (flights / hotels / restaurants) before each visit. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated itineraries, and are not liable for travel decisions you make based on them.
3. User conduct
You may not use the app for unlawful activities, to generate unlawful or infringing content, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Pro tiers: Monthly $4.99 / Yearly $19.99 (yearly ≈ $1.67/mo, save 66%); prices shown in USD and vary by region.
- A 7-day free trial is included on first purchase; if not canceled before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions auto-renew and are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime in App Store / Google Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and Pro stays usable until then.
- Refunds follow Apple’s and Google’s respective refund policies; we do not double-charge.
- The free tier generates 3 full itineraries; beyond that, a Pro subscription is required for unlimited generation.
5. Intellectual property
Itinerary content you generate with TripCraft is yours and may be freely used for your personal trip planning. TripCraft’s app interface, branding, icons, and underlying technology belong to the TripCraft team and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Map data is copyright Mapbox and its data providers.
6. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Contact us immediately if you notice unauthorized use. You can delete your account and all data anytime via Settings → Delete account (permanently erased after a 7-day soft-delete recovery window).
7. Changes & termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service (or any feature) at any time. Material changes will be announced in the app in advance.
8. Disclaimer
TripCraft is provided “as is”. We make no express or implied warranty of uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
