1. What do I get for free?
The free tier generates 3 full itineraries covering every core feature — AI generation, same-day editing, POI cards, and the four-language UI. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited generation, offline region packs, and on-trip AI Q&A caching.
2. How does offline work?
Before departure (while online), download your itinerary + the region's Mapbox offline tile pack + AI Q&A cache. After you land — even in airplane mode or with no signal — viewing your itinerary, browsing offline maps, and reading cached AI answers all keep working, using no data.
3. Are AI itineraries accurate?
Itineraries are generated by our self-hosted LLM gateway (newapi.zweiteng.tk) and are suggestions only. Opening hours, prices, and closures can change — please double-check key bookings (flights / hotels / restaurants) before each visit.
4. How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; Pro stays usable until then.
5. Can I request a refund?
iOS: file at reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: open the order in Google Play. We honor Apple / Google's refund rules and do not double-charge.
6. Where is my trip data stored?
Trips and preferences are stored in a Supabase instance under your account, isolated per user via row-level security (RLS). No ad networks, no cross-app tracking. You can erase everything via Settings → Delete account.
7. How do I delete my account?
App → Settings → Delete account. There's a 7-day soft-delete recovery window; after that all trips, preferences, and related data are cascade-deleted permanently.
